PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTESTS
Two of the most popular parts of Coaster Con each year are the photo and video contests. All attending members can check out the many entries and vote for their favorites. Winners will be announced during the Annual Banquet. The official photo and video contest rules can be found online at www.AmericanCoaster Enthusiasts.org/events You can have the rules mailed to you by calling 740.450.1560 or by writing to ACE Contest Rules, 1100-H Brandywine Blvd., Zanesville, OH USA 43701-7303.
ANNUAL BANQUET
Coaster Con celebrates the coasters; the Banquet celebrates ACE and what makes ACE so special. For just $39 per person, you’ll enjoy a delicious buffet, the chance to bid on unique park and coaster memorabilia and an entertaining program featuring keynote speaker Andy Quinn, Kennywood’s Director of Community Relations. Don’t miss this gala evening on June 23, at the Doubletree Hotel. Once registration has closed, a limited number of banquet seatings will be made available to members not attending the convention.
ACE ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING
The ACE Annual Business Meeting is your opportunity to meet and address the club’s executive committee and to hear their reports to the membership. The first-ever nighttime business meeting will be held at Kennywood on June 22; the 2010 Election Platfrom speeches will follow the meeting. Members not attending the convention are invited and encouraged to attend the annual business meeting; members will be able to attend the meeting without paying park admission.
